Gulf Coast Health Center, Inc. provides comprehensive medical, dental, mental health, substance abuse, vision care, and pharmacy services 6 days a week (8am to 5pm). Our satellite centers in Silsbee, Jasper, and Orange are open 5 days a week (8am to 5pm).
Gulf Coast Health Center, Inc. employs 6 medical doctors, over 21 family nurse practitioners, and 6 dentists across our region.
Offers a sliding fee scale regardless of income or ability to pay. Fees start as low as $30 for uninsured/underinsured patients, accepting Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, and private plans. Fee includes complete services, basic labs, 340B pharmacy, navigators, and transportation at no added cost.
A unique feature to GCHC is free access to patient navigators. Navigators research state, federal, or private assistance programs, help complete paperwork, assist with specialist referrals, and secure free medications from manufacturers.
Patients gain access to the Center's 340B drug program. Utilizing our in-house pharmacy or any local Walgreens location, GCHC patients can save hundreds of dollars on prescription medications.
